Issue 1: Tim Martin

Abuse Like Beauty

it beats waiting tables
our positions suddenly terminate
with immigration aliases
& score this magazine beat
that some untraded colonial power
speaks to in spanish fleets
that the soul exits bodily
or a perfume called noblese oblige
in every carpenter's hall
made promises of dirty martinis
in glorious summer back in beirut
when daddy can medicate this
today i'll collect ceramics
to say nothing of symptoms
